Our principles

We build tools for people,
not tools that watch people.

Time tracking should make the workday clearer — not turn employees into suspects. Every decision we make is guided by one question: does this respect the people using it?

No constant location pings

We confirm presence at the moment of check-in — not every five minutes for the rest of the shift. Your employees are trusted professionals, not suspects.

No screen recording

A screenshot every ten minutes is not productivity. It's anxiety-inducing surveillance that undermines the trust you've spent years building with your team.

No engagement scores

Your team is made of people, not percentages. We track hours worked and tasks completed — because those are the things that actually matter.

Clear edits, clear trails

Corrections happen. Every edit to a timesheet is logged — visibly, with a timestamp, for both parties. No silent overwrites, ever.

Data belongs to you

Your team's hours are your data. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to train models. Export it any time, in full, and leave whenever you want.

Honest pricing, no lock-in

Monthly billing. No annual lock-in unless you want it. No surprise fees for features that should be standard. Cancel in two clicks.

What we refuse to build

Real-time GPS tracking
Screenshot monitoring
Keystroke logging
Engagement or productivity scores

These features exist in other tools. We chose not to build them — not because they're difficult, but because we don't believe they belong in a respectful workplace.

"The hours your team works should be clear. The trust they've earned shouldn't need to be proven every five minutes."
