What counts as an "employee"?

Anyone who clocks in or is scheduled in a given month. Managers who only review reports are free. Deactivated people stop counting the moment you switch them off.

Can I change my team size later?

Anytime. Billing adjusts to the number of active people each month — add seasonal crew in summer, scale down in winter, no penalties.

Is there really no setup fee?

How does the annual discount work?
